SO this whole blog post actually just came from a series of late night thoughts. I always seem to start thinking about everything right as I’m about to go to sleep! It almost feels like I have 42 different tabs open at the same time (which can lead to things like being awake for hours and pulling out my laptop to write a whole blog post at 2am lol). I was thinking of how sometimes it’s hard to stay positive/motivated all the time so I began making a list of reminders! I think these are some good reminders for us all, including me. I believe that if you put positive energy out into the world, positive things will come back to you. It’s sometimes hard when you’re in the flow of life, to remember the simple things on this list I put together! I hope some of this resonates with you & helps you feel a little bit more positive/motivated!
Spend more time inspiring others to be better & do better.
Stop holding yourself back from reaching your full potential.
Stop holding others back from reaching their full potential.

Help each other succeed.
Stop being in competition with others.
Simply be in competition with yourself & focus on being better than the person you were yesterday.
Everyone thinks the grass is greener on the other side. But if you take the time to water your own grass it would be just as green.
Stop settling for THEIR version of you.
Be open to change.
Look at things from a different perspective.
Never stop learning.
Stop holding back just because the others can’t keep up.
Your ‘light’ has a purpose. Don’t allow anyone to try and dim it or make you feel bad about it.
Stop waiting for things to happen, make them happen yourself.
Be the one who finds happiness in the common things.
No one has it ALL figured out.
Live in a way that if someone spoke badly of you, no one would believe it.
Always be kinder than you feel.
Never lose touch with your true self.
No one is like YOU – make that your power.
Good things take time.
Stop feeling satisfied with being comfortable… get UNCOMFORTABLE.
For every bad day there is going to be a good day.
Tell yourself you’re going to have a good day and make it a good day: change your mind and shift your actions.
Refrain from surrounding yourself around people who always drain your energy.
There is no need to force things.
What is for you & what is meant to be in your life will always find a way.
No matter what is happening in your life, be kind to others.
Take time to listen to others.
Don’t be afraid to tell people you have bigger plans.
You were designed to go through things to build you into a better version of you. Allow life to mold you.
Only YOU can kill your dreams.
You’re not meant to be understood by everybody.
Love yourself first.
You’re not always going to understand why things happen the way they do.
Stay away from people who make you feel like you’re hard to love.
Your value doesn’t decrease based on someone’s inability to see your worth.
Stop apologizing for your emotions.
